Start typing in the search form the name or the code of the airport, or the name of the hotel or resort at which the hotel is located. Moreover you may find the transfer typing in the search form the address or coordinates of the pick up place.

Repeat the same in the “Destination” field – where you need to be taken.

What order confirmation will I receive?

You will receive the voucher by e-mail after paying for the order and confirming it by the transport company. The voucher will be available in your personal account.
The voucher contains all the necessary details of your trip: order number, detailed instructions for boarding on arrival / departure, schemes of Where and How to meet, the name and phone numbers of the carrier company, driver, conditions for the carriage of children, baggage allowance, etc..

What is included in the transfer price?

The transfer price is full and final, including a trip by car with a driver, waiting and meeting at the airport, all taxes and fees, parking, fuel, toll roads are included.
The price is valid for the conditions you specified when searching:
route (from where and where), date and time of arrival / departure of the flight, number of passengers (adults, children) and baggage.

Cancellation and Refund

Refund for a transfer canceled order

1. Cancellation Policy.

  For each order, according to the chosen fare the carrier companies set their own time limit of free of charge cancellation and of refund of the whole prepaid sum.

The date and time of cancellation of the order without penalty is indicated when choosing a transfer, at the stage of booking, as well as the cancellation conditions are available on the order card.

  • For the STANDARD  fare, the Transfer Cancellation without penalty is possible if the order was canceled more than 48 hours.
  • For the FLEXI tariff, cancellation of the transfer order without penalty can be if the order is canceled more than the specified time in the order.

If the transfer reservation is canceled less than the deadline specified in the order for cancellation, the carrier company will not refund the amount paid.

  1. Terms of refund and Payout from the balance

The refund of the payment received from you is made within 1-5 business days after the cancellation using the same payment system that was paid by you.

The dates of the refund procedure might be changed due to force majeure circumstances or any other conditions not caused and not subject to Intui.travel. In this case, we will certainly inform you about new dates.

  1. Transactional Fees for Refunds

If the order is canceled on the initiative of the Transport Company, you do not pay transactional fee for a refund.

3.1. No fees apply if you paid (and you are going to be refunded) with a Visa / Mastercard via IntellectMoney or WeChat.

3.2. If you cancel an order that was paid by you up to 180 days ago: 

3.2.1. Fee of 3 EUR to 7 EUR for a refund is charged by the processing center for a payment amount of up to 100 EUR and reduces the amount returned.

3.2.2. Fee from 3% to 6.5% for a refund is charged by the processing center for a payment amount exceeding 100 EUR  and reduces the amount returned. 

3.3. If you cancel an order that was paid by you more than 180 days ago, then in this case the method of refund is individual. Fees ranging from € 5 to € 50 may apply for processing transactions. The commission reduces the amount returned. The method, terms and amount depend on the method of refunding (to a bank account, Paypal or Payoneer account, to a bank card); countries where the refund takes place and transfer currencies.

3.4. You paid the order via IDEAL, POLI. The transfer of the refund amount is made to the details that you provide when making a request for a refund. In this case, the commission charged by the banking systems for processing the transaction will be charged which can range from 3 EUR to 35 EUR depending on which bank and country the account is located in to receive the refund. Transaction fees will be deducted when refunding and will reduce the amount returned.

 3.5. Fee of 3% for a refund is charged by the processing center via the Alipay payment system and reduces the amount returned.
